A whitewashed village on the southern tip of the island

In the south of Lanzarote, in the small village of Las Breñas, the renovated property is home to two independent holiday rentals. Here, the day ends on the terrace, where the sun meets the blue of the lagoon every evening.

Lanzarote means volcanoes, lava fields, and black and red earth set against the white of the houses, the blue of the sea and the clear sky. When we are there, we stay close by: you may well meet us on a stroll through the garden.

The Studio and the Apartment

Two renovated homes for two guests, each with its own private entrance, fitted kitchen, pergola terrace and barbecue. Same rate all year round, seven nights minimum. The Studio can be booked on Airbnb or directly; the Apartment is booked directly.

The Apartment

The second home: 50 m², a separate bedroom, a living room opening wide onto the terrace, and every comfort. Independent from the Studio, it enjoys the same view and the same peace and quiet. It is booked directly with us.

The Studio and the Apartment are fully equipped, with no extras to pay. In return, we ask for a few simple habits: on Lanzarote, water and energy are precious.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Lovers of the sea, the wind carried us to this wonderful corner of the world. Everything needed for an easy way of life was here, gathered on this volcanic island. We chose Las Breñas for its tranquillity and its breathtaking open views, with the most spectacular sunsets.

Once renovated, the property proved perfect for two holiday rentals, so we could share our discovery with travellers looking to recharge in Lanzarote. Our two dogs, faithful companions of this simple, gentle life, may invite themselves to your breakfast: they are entirely friendly.

Before you go

Answers to the questions we are asked most often. For anything else, drop us a line.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrival is between 5 pm and 11 pm, departure by 11 am at the latest.

What is the minimum stay and the rate?

Seven nights minimum. The rate is the same all year: €79 per night for the Studio, €553 per week, and €89 per night for the Apartment, €623 per week. Each home sleeps two.

How do I pay for the stay?

The stay is paid in full at the time of booking, with a signed contract.

What if I need to cancel?

Fifteen days or more before arrival, the stay is refunded in full. Between eight and fifteen days, it is refunded at 50%. Less than eight days before, the full amount remains due, with no refund.

What should I do before leaving?

Empty the bins, clean and empty the fridge, leave the toilet clean and gather used linen in the basket. If you would rather not, we take care of the end-of-stay cleaning for €50.

How far are the airport and the sea?

Las Breñas is in the south-west of the island, 25 minutes from Arrecife airport. Janubio beach is 4 km away.

Are there any extras to pay?

No. Both homes are fully equipped, air conditioning and washing machine included. We only ask for an eco-responsible attitude: water is recycled for the plants, so toilet paper goes in the bin.

Is there a swimming pool?

The pool is private and not part of the rental.

Can we come with a child?

Each home sleeps two. They are not suited to young children and we do not provide a cot.

Can I bring my pet?

Dogs and cats are welcome on request, and on request only.
